GL Materials Pvt. Ltd. operates as a B2B supplier of industrial raw materials. All product specifications, grades, and quantities are subject to final confirmation in the formal Quotation and Purchase Order (PO). Website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. RFQ & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to market fluctuation based on raw material indices (e.g., Silicon, Silver, Aluminum).
  • Final pricing is valid only for the duration specified in the official quotation.
  • We reserve the right to decline RFQs that do not meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.

3. Quality & Compliance

Materials supplied will meet the technical specifications (TDS) agreed upon in the PO. Any claims regarding material quality must be raised within the inspection period specified in the supply contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GL Materials Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

GL Materials Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or delay in supply, except as explicitly covered under a signed supply agreement.
